6. 用户内容

你保留对你提交或上传内容的权利。为提供服务，你授予我们在必要范围内处理、 存储、传输和展示该内容的有限许可。

7. 知识产权

Budy 及其相关设计、代码、商标、内容与服务中包含的知识产权，除你依法享有的内容外， 均归我们或相应权利人所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、分发或商业化使用。

8. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Budy 按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。 我们不保证服务将始终无中断、无错误，或完全满足你的特定目的。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用 Budy 所引起的任何间接、 附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，我们不承担责任。我们的累计责任以你在 相关争议发生前 [12] 个月内向我们支付的金额为上限；如你未付费，则以 [US$100 / RMB 500] 或适用法律允许的最低限制为上限。

10. 终止

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Budy. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim, or [US$100], whichever is greater if required by law.
